The Bike of the Month contest is held monthly at the Vintage Bike OC meet. Qualifying motorcycles must be 30 years old or older. Former Bike of the Month winning bikes are not eligible to win again.
Anyone attending the meet is eligible to enter a qualifying bike in the contest and vote for
their favorite bike. The winning bike is chosen by a popular vote and is featured on the Home page for one month and in this feature article. The Bike of the Month articles are permanent content on the site.

Congratulations to Don Reynolds of West Covina for winning Bike of the Month with his 1975 Kawasaki H2 750.
Don won a plaque provided by Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys.
The Kawasaki H2 is a bike that Don has wanted since he was in High School. He finally was able to buy it four years ago from Texas.
He also owns a
1977 Kawasaki H1 500 which he took Third place with back in October 2017.

He took Second Place with it back in October 2019 when it was green.

The bike started life in Iowa and made it's way to Texas. Don bought it as a basket case.
The transmission was rebuilt in Florida. The crank work was done in Maine and the
head work was done in Arizona by Harry Flynn.
Durans Paint of Baldwin Park finished the paint recently.
