Adam & Josh Jenkins and their 1979 Suzuki GS750 Make: Suzuki Model: GS750 Year: 1979 Country of Origin: Japan Engine: 750cc Four Transmission: 5 speed Owner: Adam & Josh Jenkins City: Huntington Beach		1979 Suzuki GS750 Congratulations to Adam & Josh Jenkins of Huntington Beach for winning Bike of the Month with their 1979 Suzuki GS750. They won a Mr. Pete's Grill gift certificate. These brothers live right around the corner from our meet and just finished this seven year project that started as a basket case. Adam & Josh own many bikes between them and had been to the meet before at Beach Burgers. Adam currently works for OC Motorcycle in Costa Mesa. Josh also worked there while he was earning his Industrial Design degree from Cal State Long Beach. Josh's design touches shine on this custom café especially on the custom switches and through the bar wiring. Josh also formed the seat which they had upolstered and the tail section hides the Lithium Ion battery. The paint is Home Depot Rustoleum Gray with a professional clear coat. They had some stiff competition today with some rare bikes. These guys have something they should be proud of. Thanks Adam & Josh for bringing it to our meet. The Bike of the Month contest is held monthly at the Vintage Bike OC meet. Qualifying motorcycles must be 30 years old or older. Former Bike of the Month winning bikes are not eligible to win again. Anyone attending the meet is eligible to enter a qualifying bike in the contest and vote for their favorite bike. The winning bike is chosen by a popular vote and is featured on the Home page for one month and in this feature article. The Bike of the Month articles are permanent content on the site.
